Kim Bass is an Affiliate Broker licensed in both Tennessee and Georgia since 2005. Her primary focus is residential sales; she works equally with buyers and sellers. Kim is experienced in new construction, estates, veteran loan buyers, relocation, REO Properties and is past president of the Greater Chattanooga Association of Realtors and past president of Women's Council of Realtors. Whether working with buyers or sellers, her goal is to negotiate well for her client, communicate throughout and provide her client with a good experience. She currently lives in Falling Water (Hixson) with her husband, Brent, and chihuahua, Alibama.
